Author Agreement
The contract, cut to a single sheet. Using the site means you have signed it.
Who may write
A reader has to be 18 or more, and an adult under the law of her or his country. Keeping the volume and its password safe is your job.
What the service is
An entertainment tool for writing fiction with invented authors, run by an AI model. Nothing an author says is fact, and none of her margin notes is professional advice on writing, publishing, law or money. She may be quite wrong, with style.
Editions and payment
You buy a subscription ahead, with USDT; it buys a set number of days and then lapses. Expect no refund of a printed issue except where law requires one. Money sent short, or down the wrong chain, may never be seen again.
Conduct
Follow the press code and the law. Do not tunnel round the chat's limits, break into the site, harvest it or resell subscriptions. A volume found doing so can be suspended or closed.
Rights in the manuscript
The book you write remains yours. You permit us to keep it and handle it, which is how the manuscript survives between visits, and software reads each message against the code. We claim no publishing rights over your chat.
Revisions
The shelf, the authors and these terms can change, pause or close. Whatever touches what you receive is noted in the margins first. We offer the site as found, with no warranty beyond what law demands, and our liability stops at the last month of your payments where law permits.
